I cannot log into WebAccess with my Username (G-number) and Password (WebSMART PIN).

To log into WebAccess, please make sure you are using the correct login protocol.

Username
Enter your G number. The letter "g" followed by an 8-digit number. Example: g000123456.
If you don't know your G number, you can retrieve it from WebSMART.
Password
By default, the same as your 6-digit WebSMART PIN.
Unless you changed it, it is your date of birth in MMDDYY format. Example: 031785.
This field is cAsE-sEnSiTiVe.
I have an incorrect course appearing on my WebAccess course list. How can I unenroll?

You may ask the instructor to un-enroll you from their course, or we can also un-enroll you if you provide us with the correct 5-digit CRN. Please specify the CRN in the CRN field above or in the details box below.

Please note that it is your responsibility to drop/withdraw the course in WebSMART. Otherwise, you will get charged for it and receive a grade.

I can log into WebAccess just fine, but I do not see my course listed.

Possible reasons you don't see your course in WebAccess:

  • The course has not started or the instructor hasn't made it available to students yet.
  • You registered for it recently (within 4-24 hours).

Please provide us with the CRN of the course(s) that are missing on your course list and we can manually enroll you in them.

Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure you are registered for the course(s) that you are looking for in WebSMART.
